Cuba Serrano Superiore Lavado coffee, comes from the last harvest available in Europe ( 2017/2018). It is distinguished in taste by its softness and sweetness- a slight medium citrus acidity balances the intense notes of the characteristic Cuban cocoa and tobacco.
How to prepare Café Cubano:
Coffee maker, preferably classic Italian style (mocha)
2 Espresso cups
Spoon for stirring
Serrano Lavado Cuban Coffee
2 teaspoons powdered sugar.
Recipe for Café Cubano
Fill the bottom container of the coffee maker with water.
Fill the coffee strainer with coarsely ground coffee, level with your finger but do not press.
Place the filled strainer in the café and cap the café.
