Coffee from Brazil - Cemorado Chocolate, the most chocolatey Brazilian arabica
Brazil Cemorrado Chocolate is the result of the work of Brazilian coffee growers, who this time did more than just create the best conditions for the coffee plants, pick the coffee berries, and process them. Brazil Cemorrado Chocolate is more than just a coffee from a single plantation; it's a coffee whose flavor was created by blending coffee beans from two key growing areas in Brazil; Cerrado and Mogiana; hence the word Cemorrado in the coffee's name. Coffees from the Cerrado and Mogiana regions, are known for their delicate milky flavors. It's a sort of blend (blend) of beans that was intended to bring out the chocolate notes in Brazilian coffee. Have the Brazilians succeeded? We invite you to try it. It's worth noting that this is yet another Cemorrado blend from the Sochaccy Coffee Roastery. What caught our eye in this coffee was undoubtedly the natural, consistent chocolate bouquet; in the Sochaccy.Col coffee shop the coffee is available in 3 different roasts does this exhaust all chocolate flavors?
Brazil Cemorrado Chocolate coffee is grown at altitudes ranging from 1,150 - 1,350 meters above sea level. The coffee bushes from which the harvested berries come are 100% arabica of the Mundo Novo, Catuai, and Caturra varieties. After harvesting, the coffee is processed using the naturals method; it is worth mentioning that this is one of the most developed methods of removing the top part of the berry from a coffee bean in Brazil. The naturals method emphasizes richness of flavor with a special emphasis on chocolate and sweetness. That's what Brazil Cemorrado Chocolate is; it has a full body, strong and pronounced notes of chocolate, cocoa and nougat. A soft creamy softness surrounds all these notes. For a first attempt, we recommend this coffee in a medium roast, especially if you prepare your drink in an espresso machine or a coffee machine. It also seems interesting in the light roast for alternative methods.
