Where is Colombia

Colombia, an extremely interestingly located country "between" two oceans in the northwestern part of South America. Bordered by Central American Panama as well as tropical areas of the Amazon, on its territory also mountainous areas of the Andes. Enchants with the beauty of its landscape, surprises with the variety of nature, Colombia is an enchanting place. And it is in Colombia, which is so diverse in many ways, that there are extensive plantations of coffee bushes, which, yielding fine beans, make Colombia the world's third-largest coffee producer after Brazil and Vietnam, and excellent Arabica is its mainstay. And although coffee plantations in Colombia spread as far back as the 18th century, Colombian coffee continues to triumph, receiving numerous accolades and in 2007 the EU offered Colombian coffee protected designation of origin status. And UNESCO designated Colombia's "Coffee Cultural Landscape" a World Heritage Site in 2011.
