Standard ordered coffees are dispatched within 48 hours from order acceptance to execution. Coffee roasting and shipment are made from Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. From the moment of shipment, the carrier should deliver the package within 48 hours. We make every effort to ensure that the total delivery time does not exceed 4 working days from placing the order. Information about the delivery by courier will be sent to the telephone number and e-mail address provided during the submission process. The SMS delivery information system supports only mobile numbers with the prefix +48. Re-shipment of a non-collected shipment + PLN 26 (the sum of the return cost and the cost of re-shipment). Cash on delivery - Payment for the order upon delivery in cash or by card to the courier or in a parcel locker.
Order processing
We start roasting the coffee after receiving your order and payment (does not apply to "cash on delivery" orders which we start after receiving the order). In the roasting plan the orders are placed in the order of obtaining the status of "paid". The schedule is closed at 8:00 am every working day.
We do not send cash on delivery shipments abroad. Overseas shipments are made through various service providers.

Normally, the ordered coffees are shipped within 48 hours after the order is accepted for processing. Coffee roasting and shipping is done Monday through Thursday, excluding legal holidays. From the time of shipment, the carrier should deliver the package within 5 business days. We make every effort to ensure that the total delivery time is no more than 8 business days after placing your order. A courier delivery notification will be sent to the phone number and email address provided during checkout.
Re-shipping of an uncollected package + double the cost of delivery to the specified country ZŁ (the sum of the cost of the return and the cost of the re-shipment).
