All capitalized names correspond to the definitions contained in the Terms and Conditions of Purchase, to which this document constitutes Appendix 1.
II. General information
First Privacy and Cookies Policy applies to the processing of personal data by the seller Sochaccy.co - Kamila Sochacka (full details in the Rules of Purchase and on the website of the Store) and the use of cookies within the online store.
Second Online Store performs functions of obtaining information about customers and their behavior in the following ways:
a. through information voluntarily entered in forms.
b. by saving cookie files (so-called "cookies") in the end devices.
c. by collecting web server logs by the Store's hosting operator (necessary for proper operation of the

Information on certain activities of the Clients are subject to logging in the server layer.

VI. Disclosure of data
(1) Data shall be made available to external entities only within the limits of the law.

Third Seller may provide access to personal data of customers to the entity assuming the rights and obligations of the Seller in the Online Store. In this case, customers will be informed of the new administrator of their personal data in accordance with applicable law.
4th Data recipients may be entities involved in servicing the IT administrator.
VII. Protection of personal data
The online store Sochaccy.co - Kamila Sochacka cares about the safety of the Customers' personal data, so wherever personal data is required, the connection between the Customer and the server is encrypted. Thanks to this, the Clients do not have to worry that the data sent from or to the server will be suspected, intercepted and used by someone.

VIII. Change, correction, deletion, processing of personal data.
(1) In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive
