  a Vietnamese woman at heart in Warsaw, where she sips fresh-roasted coffee instead of pho for breakfast. She got her love for it from her family home - there coffee is a ritual, not a beverage. Vietnamese soul, Polish love of coffee experiments - espresso, drip, and sometimes viet-coffee on sweet. Reliable at work, in her free time a hunter of the best beans. If you meet her in a coffee shop, she's probably already debating with the barista about the degree of roast. ?☕
