What kind of coffee it is - we don't know at the moment, we will decide on the day of brewing. Every day we make many roasts. We will pour your ordered coffee into one of them and roast it. We will make a note of this on your customer card, invisible to you, so as to avoid repetition, and send it out. You will only know when you open the package. Perhaps in this way we can direct your attention to coffee countries that you have not yet considered.
