      Brazil Select Santos - an everyday coffee that stays in the heart

      I like to start my mornings unhurriedly. With a cup of coffee that doesn't have to surprise - it's enough to give me a sense of calm and balance. Brazil Select Santos is just such a coffee bean - one that I return to whenever I crave something familiar, classic and subtly sweet. A coffee that gently says: "this is going to be a good day".

      At Sochaccy Artisan Coffee Roasters, we roast it from beans sourced from Brazil's acclaimed Cerrado and Alta Mogiana regions. These are places where Arabica coffee has been grown for generations - the mild terrain, fertile soil and stable climate favor a mild, balanced profile. The Mundo Novo and Catuai varieties we use are among the classics of Brazilian cultivation - reliable and full of balanced flavor.

      As soon as you open the package you can feel that this is a freshly roasted coffee - the aroma of walnuts, chocolate and caramel envelops you with warmth. When brewed in the coffee maker, the taste reveals more layers: a light honey sweetness, a distinct nutty accent, a delicate chocolate note and a creamy finish reminiscent of whipped cream. This is an espresso machine coffee that doesn't have to prove its worth - just be itself.
