Brazil Cetec Freshly Roasted Arabica Coffee Grain Artisan Coffee Roasters.
The Cetec farm was first conceived in the dreams of two brothers, Márcio Custódio and Izonel, who were born into a poor family of Brazilian laborers. They began to realize their dreams by working hard on the coffee plantations of Brazil. With the money they earned this way and with the support of their family, they went to college, from which they graduated with the title of professor. The next step was to establish their own university called CETEC - Technology Center in the city of Lavras, in the southern region of Minas Gerais. The school was intended, for poor youth, and aimed to give education to increase the chances of improving the quality of life for the province's youth. It was an attempt to give others the same chance that the brothers received from life. After nearly 10 years of operation, nearly 5,000 thousand graduates have left the school's walls. Brothers Márcio Custódio and Junior Izonel, decided to purchase a small farm, Nelore, in the town of Itumirim (Little Waterfall), the town's name a reference to the many beautiful waterfalls in its area. Not long after the purchase, Izonel, died. Márcio, however, did not give up and, together with his brother's sons, continued his work by creating a coffee farm. They named the farm Cetec in honor of the academy created together with Izonel.

How does the level of coffee roasting affect its taste?
The level of roasting of a coffee significantly affects its flavor and aroma. Light-roasted beans retain most of their natural acids and fruity notes, which translates into softer and more pronounced flavor profiles. Medium-roasted beans highlight sweeter notes such as chocolate and caramel, offering a more balanced and versatile flavor. Darker roasted beans, on the other hand, offer deep, intense flavors, with dominant tones of dark chocolate, which are preferred by lovers of strong and distinctive experiences. Our Sochaccy Artisan Coffee Roaster stands out in the market by being the only one to offer a choice of roast levels, allowing customers to perfectly match the taste of their coffee to their own preferences.
