Sourced from the legendary Huila region of southern Colombia, this Arabica Coffee grows at altitudes where the sun, moisture and volcanic soils create ideal conditions for the slow ripening of the coffee fruit. For years, Huila has been recognized as one of the best sources of Colombian coffee - it's here that the climate is stable, rainfall is regular, and temperature differences between day and night favor the concentration of sugars in the fruit. This is where our Colombia Daily comes from - fresh, juicy and perfectly balanced.
The flavor profile of this coffee is a real feast: you'll sense honey melon, yellow plum, peach and a vanilla finish. This combination results in a fruity freshness with a touch of creamy mellowness that you'll love both in the espresso machine and in pour-over methods. The washed treatment (i.e. the classic bean wash) gives this coffee a unique purity and allows the natural flavor notes to ring out to their fullest - without exaggeration, but with finesse.
