Brazil Select Hazel Arabica Coffee
On this coffee chart we would like to invite you to Brazil, a country whose climate is conducive to growing the world's finest coffee. It is thanks to this unique characteristic that Brazil has become the largest coffee producer in the world. Brazilian coffee meets one of the key criteria that customers look for in coffee shops - lack of acidity.
The coffee comes from the Cerrado and Alta Mogiana regions. The word Hazel means hazel, indicating a distinct hint of hazelnut in the flavor.
Cerrado is a tropical savannah region covering two million km², from Minas Gerais in the south to the Tocantins in the north, and from Minas Gerais in the east to Paraguay and Bolivia in the west.
Alta Mogiana owes its name to the Railways Mogiana Company, built in 1872. The railroad was established to serve the abundantly fruiting coffee plantations. The higher location of the plantations gives the coffee a higher quality, which local farmers appreciate.
Hazel coffee is 100% Arabica from the Mundo Nuovo and Catuai varieties, located at 500-1250 meters above sea level. The coffee was harvested from May to June and processed using the naturals method - sun-dried and processed at the mill.
Brazil Select Hazel's combination of coffee varieties highlights an intense hazelnut note, but that's not the end of the flavor experience. The coffee also offers notes of caramel, almond, cereal and milk chocolate, and the dominant sweetness makes it ideal for milk coffees. With its nutty notes, it is perfect for any coffee drink with milk. All the flavor notes contained in the coffee are the coffee's flavor heritage of its place of origin.
